The ovulation phase is the only phase when the male hormone testosterone, responsible for our libido, increases in our body. Testosterone has great effects on muscle growth, so it's great to include strength training at this stage.
A high level of hormones affects our brain - it activates our communication and social skills, which is ideal for work meetings, meetings or social activities.
Progesterone becomes the dominant hormone, which is sensitive to the level of the cortisol hormone in the blood. Cortisol is a stress hormone, and stress in its case is caused by longer breaks between meals, low carbohydrates in the diet, and extreme physical exertion. Therefore, it is very important to treat yourself to regular meals and include some carbohydrates during ovulation. Food is fuel!
