What is happening to me?

Day 1-6, for some up to 9.

Many of us have this phase closely associated with various unpleasant symptoms such as abdominal pain, severe fatigue, headache, back pain, paleness, weakness and quite often digestive problems. With all these symptoms, the body is telling us something - so what does it mean?

Fatigue is during menstruation, the level of all hormones is at an absolute low. It is hormones that ensure our body's mood, desire for sex, high energy, performance, creativity, etc. You actually meet "yourself" during your period. Without any hormone support. You are at your "hormonal trough".

Fatigue is natural. The others no longer, although there are reasons for them. What pain? Diarrhea, cramps or even vomiting? During menstruation, the body releases blood - if it does not have sufficient reserves and resources for the creation of new blood, then it will hurt because the body tries to protect its blood in a spasm - because it is afraid to let it go... What if it does not have enough? The body, for the smooth progress of this phase, needs enough iron and plenty of many minerals (especially magnesium) and also to be well hydrated. Liver status and total body toxic load are also "important" players. During menstruation, the body naturally detoxifies (cleanses itself).
